What’s Included
- A structured and guided 28-day diet program
- 15-minute coaching sessions (5 days per week) for accountability and support
- Personalized guidance to help you stay consistent and achieve results
Initial Phase: First 3–7 Days
During the first 3 to 7 days, your body begins adapting and transitioning.
At the end of this phase, we will assess your progress and adjust your plan accordingly.
You may:
- Transition to one meal per day, following a customized low-carbohydrate, no-sugar plan, or
- Progress to two meals per day, based on your individual needs and results
Optional Follow-Up Program (28 Days)
To continue your progress and maximize results, you may choose to extend your program:
- Cost: $199
- Duration: Up to 4 weeks
- Includes 15-minute coaching sessions (5 days per week)
- Continued structure, accountability, and support
Based on your goals and the amount of weight you want to lose, we may recommend additional 28-day cycles.
Long-Term Success & Maintenance
Maintenance Phase
Once you reach your desired weight, we will provide:
- A personalized maintenance plan
- Ongoing guidance to help you maintain your results long-term
